Refunds

Refund requests do not go through the general email address but through the refund form. That way the order number and the reason are captured in full and the request is processed faster.

What helps us with a support request

  • Which document type and which country it concerns
  • Which device and browser you are using
  • Where in the capture the problem occurs
  • The order number, if an order already exists

Please do not send us a copy of an identity document unless support explicitly asks you to through a secure channel.
