Driving licence photo by canton
The photo requirements are the same across Switzerland and follow the fedpol reference sheet: 35 × 45 mm, in colour, face height between 29 and 34 mm, neutral background, no more than one year old.
What differs is how you submit it. Each cantonal road traffic office decides for itself whether it wants a print attached to a paper form, offers an upload, or runs the whole application online. That is where most applications fail, not on the image itself.

Aargau
